The hotel has a beautiful setting by Dongqian Lake and offers a large, modern space with a stunning infinity pool. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, there were several areas needing improvement, such as the dining experience where the service could be more efficient and the restaurant booking system was confusing. Additionally, a few room features were not up to par with what is expected from a luxury hotel, specifically regarding the shower design.

The resort is set in a beautiful lakeside location with stunning grounds, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I had a magical experience sailing on the lake and truly enjoyed my spa treatment. However, the breakfast service was painfully slow and the pool area was quite noisy with children, which detracted from the overall experience. While the dining was excellent, the wait for a table was frustrating, and the surroundings could use some improvement due to construction nearby.

While the ambiance and design were stunning, making for a serene and tranquil experience, there were some issues with cleanliness that detracted from the overall enjoyment. This hotel is a beautiful lakeside resort that truly impressed me with its stunning views and spacious accommodations. The room was large and mostly comfortable, although the bed could use an upgrade. The location is serene and ideal for nature walks, but keep in mind there are limited dining options outside the hotel.
